Tad Seeth is a baseball player in the ILB.
Tad seeth is an entity created by an anomalous cognitive-conceptual infection that subsumes the identity of a host in order to replicate that Tad Seeth, the infectious anomaly is referred to by its victims as “███ █████”. There have been many different host bodies for Tad Seeth, of many different appearances. Currently, the ███ █████ anomaly has taken over the individual formerly known as ██████ █████ . A new instance of the Tad Seeth anomaly appears to form approximately once every one to two years, during what will be further referred to as a “Contamination event”.
A contamination event occurs exclusively during a game of Internet League Blaseball, it is unclear what distinguishes a game which contains a contamination event from any other game of baseball, other than the fact that the Tad Seeth anomaly must be present.
During a contamination event, one watcher of the game, whether they are a fan of the team that Tad Seeth is currently playing on or not, will become the next target of ███ █████. During the following weeks, the target of the anomaly will undergo many changes, they are as follows.
First, the target will lose the ability to read the name “Tad Seeth” as anything but “███ █████”. Secondly, the target will begin to experience disorientation in their day to day life and an increased interest in Tad Seeth, ██ ████ ██ ███ █████████ ███████ ██ █████ Third, the target will begin to experience anterograde amnesia, but only with subjects not related to Blaseball, ████ ██████ ████████ ██ █████, or Tad Seeth Fourth, over a period of two days, the target will forget all memories of anything other than information about Tad Seeth, and they will begin referring to themselves as such. Fifth, as soon as the previous two days are over, the former Tad Seeth will die, and the new Tad Seeth will join a different blaseball team from the one the previous Tad Seeth was on.
Parallel to this, all individuals who formerly knew the target will forget the target’s previous identity, and remember them exclusively as Tad Seeth, it is this widespread cognito-hazardous behavior that is the most dangerous aspect of Tad Seeth. Records of the individual in their former state, however, will remain unchanged.
Tad Seeth entities exhibit severely impaired at blaseball, and other motor skills that require dexterity and physical strength. As well as a significantly decreased lifespan (One to two years). It is hypothesized that the extremely short lifespan of Tad Seeths, as well as the inhibited blaseball skill is caused by the severe physiological strain that results from the complete restructuring of the target’s nervous system for the purposes of playing blaseball. Extensive muscle atrophy and damage to the synapses of the CNS have been observed and noted as corroboration for this theory.
There are many factors that influence the creation of further Tad Seeth entities, however, the most significant one is █████████ █████████ ██ ███ ███ █████ ███████, for this reason, portions of this text have been redacted for reader safety. Currently, there is no known way to prevent the process of a target, once contaminated, becoming a Tad Seeth, however, this is not seen as an issue, as blaseball is a splort enjoyed by many.
