Final tally: human fans - 4; cooling fans - 19; both - 7. Given that 11 folks wanted Lowe to eat humans, what is an acceptable compromise?

From the Discord: Lowe is actually unbelievably powerful, but intentionally held back by the blindfold. Their stat improvements are actually from the blindfold wearing thin, but they think it's because of the vampirism.
