Small concept for an IRM idea where Kurt is an ex-criminal (or possibly a vengeful spirit? it's hard to tell and he won't verify either) who's basically that weird older cousin who infodumps to you at reunions but you never see otherwise. They're very good with a fishing rod and some other outdoorsy activities and probably have an emotional support animal because he's fairly stressed out.

I'll probably add onto this if/when I make the rumor for him, but I was pointed to making a talk here first and so I've put down the general concept! :D

Number 2 won with not a landslide, but pretty popular vote on the Discord and support here! The IRM with the base description is now up, and other entries are now fair game to write rumour pages for so people can go more in depth! Play ball!

Kurt Crueller's final main concept is now being voted on by the Magic! We've managed to vote it up to three main ideas, and are now trying to narrow it down to one of them. In addition, the fisher theme was common enough that, after deliberation, the two most popular options were merged to be cohesive.

1. Kurt Crueller is either the horse or the indigenous lesbian riding it, we're still not sure. The pair have been living in the area of YNP since the beginning of time. They acted upon instincts to help after witnessing Sutton's incineration, lassoing up a bat and galloping on to the plate.

2. Kurt Crueller is a soft-spoken fisher from off the coast. They got embarrassingly lost in Yellowstone after a hike fifteen years ago and only recently returned. They catch balls with a fisher's net and are contractually obligated to "help the Park" by an unseen force.

3. Kurt is a lesbian ex-blittle leagues player, current Park employee. They unknowingly signed a contract requiring them to join the team if needed, but they’re excited to play blaseball again. They want to hit the ball good and make Sutton proud.

Please either say your support in favor of one of these in the main Blaseball discord's poll or here! Keep in mind that the decision is not binding and can be contradicted by the IRM, this is simply to give us a solid basis to work from. The poll will be running for 24 hours from time of this posting.

I am split, I like soft spoken fisher Kurt but I really like them being a park employee or former concession worker over them being lost in the park, ex blittle league also makes sense. In other words 2 and 3 together minus being lost in the woods.

We need some birds on Yellowstone. Make number 2 a kingfisher and I'm in.

crueller is a type of pastry and it's delicious and people come to parks to have picnics. he's got a basket of pastries ready to share.
