A content warning banner and collapsible element were added to the drugs and alcohol section of this rumor. You can see the reasoning for the change at Talk:Jessica_Telephone#Pie_High_CW_conversation. The section is expandable by using the "expand" toggle on the right side of the heading. Our goal with this is to align content policies with the Blaseball discord server, whose rules ask for a content warning and spoiler on mentions of recreational drug use.
