Universal Bets and Influenceare a mechanic originating in Season 1. Each 24 hours at 12:00 EST fans recieve 100 chips and 20 votes. On Thursdays the UBI is doubled. The Monitor has occasionally commented on UBI. It is not given out during the Offseason.
Irregulararities
During Season 2, two Siestas took place after Day 65 and Day 66 (the Days happening at 17:00 and 19:00 EST respectively). Due to this the UBI was delayed, and given out 4 times in response. Since it was a Thursday the UBI was effectively doubled from what it should have been on that day.
