History
Under Review first appeared in the Season 23 Election Tidings under the scoring play heading. All of the active teams in the ILB were placed Under Review and given the modification of the same name with a permanent duration.
At the end of Season 24 a message appeared from the Reader declaring the review underway, and noting that the 24 teams Under Review would return.
The alternate versions of the ILB teams appearing in Short Circuits retained the Under Review modification during Gamma 2 and Gamma 3. Notably, however, the Gamma 4 versions did not possess this modification.
