"After their tragic encounter with a Peanut on Season 18 Day 107, Pacheco was forcibly retired from Blaseball. They began working full time on research as the Pibrary's Head Pibrarian often arguing with the other Head Pibrarian, Doc Anice. When not in the Pibrary, Pacheco teaches remote for Hellmouth Community College and spends times with friends and teammates. When asked about retirement, Pacheco was quoted as saying "Yes, what happened was sad but I am glad to be free. I have friends, teaching, and a whole library to study." Teammates, current and former, say that Nerd seems happier these days."

The above will be added to Nerd's page as a new section titled either 'Nerd's Retirement' or 'Into the Shadows'.

Hello! I would like to add two new entries to Nerd's IRM:

1. Criminology (Chronosynclastic Larceny) will reference Waveridden's excellent work exploring Nerd's partnership + relationship with time-travelling art thief Val Hitherto. Waveridden has given me the go-ahead for their work to be referenced, and linked in the entry as "further reading".

2. Sociology, majoring in Hellmouthian Sociology will be a supplementary entry to the Beams' upcoming page on Adaptation. Sometimes, the Hellmouth gives people Adaptations which don't seem to directly help them survive, but instead gives them new opportunities to extend aid to their fellow Hellmouthians. In this entry, Nerd will speculate on why this might be. The reason we'd like to put it here is that "the Hellmouth acts as an antagonistic force in part to unite the people of Hellmouth and foster a community spirit" is an important foundation of Beams lore, but feels odd to codify on an "informational" wiki page. Having the idea floated in a character's voice feels like a better way to incorporate this lore onto the wiki.

nerd has a degree for food science for services to the field of fromology. It appears to have been sent from a universe where Nerd is a mouse with antlers.

Nerd Pacheco received a Doctorate in Loving Your Wife from San Francisco. The degree was actually addressed to Hahn Fox for services rendered unto the field of Loving Your Wife via her remarks on Priya Fox, and arrived by mistake in Nerd's office at HCC. Nerd hasn't actually taken it round to Hahn's place yet.

Lovers advisor "Two" has informed me that the university which awarded this degree was likely KISS, the Knight Institute of Suitor's Studies.
