During a game with Peanuts weather, players have a chance to swallow a stray peanut, which can cause either a yummy reaction or an allergic reaction.
If a player has an allergic reaction, their stats are lowered, and if they have a yummy reaction their stats get a boost. The amount by which the stats are affected by these reactions has yet to be determined, but the change is significant enough to yield a change in star rating.
