Parker MacMillan III was the first Commissioner of Internet League Blaseball. Very little is known about MacMillan III, though a majority of their fans say that The Commissioner is doing a great job.

MacMillan III communicated exclusively through their Twitter account. In the bio, they previously claimed to be "intern-interim-commissioner Prime Minister Parker MacMillan III." Following the end of The Discipline Era and the appearance of the Boss, The Commissioner received a promotion to "Chief Executive Officer Prime Minister Parker MacMillan III" in line with the restructuring of Internet League Blaseball in Season β11.

During the New York Millennials v. Parker MacMillan III trial, MacMillan III was incinerated by Umpire Sunman in a tragic accident. MacMillan III was replaced in the role of Commissioner by Parker MacMillan IIII.
