Role as CEO
Harmony H. Henderson is the CEO of Crabs™ LLC, formerly the Baltimore Crabs. They were made the CEO after the Crabs ascended at the end of Season 10. After ascending the Boss helped the Crabs rebrand as a shell corporation (only in name) and put Harmony in charge. It's also apparent that no one knows what's going on nor what they're meant to be doing.
Relation to Tillman
Harmony is a blood relative to Tillman Henderson. They have become estranged overtime as Tillman is an insufferable garbage heap. At some point he sneezed on them and blamed them for making him sneeze and then standing in the way. Another time where Tillman was driving in behind Harmony and gently bumped them because Harmony was going the speed limit, but Tillman wanted to go faster. Tillman truly is a mysterious force of mild evil.
It's currently unknown how they are related, but it's assumed that they are siblings
