The Garage Opening refers to an event during Season 2, Day 77 where the Umpiress accidentally opened the gateway to the home of The Band. Fans from each franchise flooded their home with messages for their home teams. Some Chicago Firefighters fans notably tagged the space repeatedly, claiming the space as part of the City of Chicago. Though short-lived, the effects of The Opening reverberated around the league as the Umpiress rushed to contain the damage.
