Cory Twelve (aka C.O.R.Y.-12) is a pitcher for the Yellowstone Magic[1]. Originally developed as a high-temperature survey robot, C.O.R.Y. stands for "Center ofv Olcanology Research, Yellowstone". The developer made a typo when flashing Cory's firmware and nobody has figured out how to correct it.

Cory Twelve was pressed into service as an emergency replacement after the incineration of Famous Oconnor on day 65 of Season 2. Twelve is a moderately advanced android utilizing a sample-collection scoop as a pitching arm, which means Cory is not actually all that good. Cory has lost multiple games since Cory's appearance, but fans of the Magic will honestly take anyone who isn't Famous Oconnor if it means they make the playoffs.[2]

Cory Twelve continues to diligently generate topographical surveys both between and during blaseball matches, despite all efforts to focus Cory's attention on pitching.

It is not uncommon for Cory Twelve to vanish into the Yellowstone wilderness, reappearing days later (often just in time to take its place on the pitcher's mound) with a wealth of confused survey data that is never quite accurate to the areas its logs claim to have visited. Some speculate that Cory Twelve is unknowingly wandering into and out of the purely fictional Bluesky National Park, and that the data is a blend of mapping data where the two parks are intertwined. But, of course, Bluesky does not exist, and so should not be mentioned.
