A bat is an implement with a handle and a solid surface used for hitting a ball in a bat and ball game such as Blaseball; alternatively, it may refer to an Earth mammal of the order Chioptera. In blaseball, it is a player attribute.
The bat player property is believed to be a game object that has effects on other hitting properties of a particular player. Currently two Internet League Blaseball players have such objects: Jessica Telephone and York Silk.
