finally got around to writing a wiki page for abner! this one's a long one. the plan for the article is for there to be a section of lore focused around a single concept, followed by an IRM in the "brief vignettes" format that expands upon the previous concept.
everything headed with "excerpt from" in the doc is intended to be an entry in that IRM.

summary of the lore:
- abner pothos (it/its) is cagey about its past on the prehistory fireballs. it's old, and it has a distant and unclear familial relationship to wyatt pothos that neither have had the time to explore in depth.
- abner is ashkenazi jewish. it has helped establish a tzedakah community fund in seattle and provides yiddish and hebrew translation services on occasion.
- abner has established a "magicians' union" along with a number of other blaseball players, such as nandy fantastic. it is strongly pro-union and has taught the band lots of old-school folk songs about unions.
the IRM entries are in the style of various documents and news reports that mention or discuss abner. they include
- an interview with the lil' roadies lil' magazine
- a transcribed youtube compilation of other garages discussing it
- meeting minutes and notes from a union meeting
- a postgame recap speculating on it and parker macmillan after parker joined the team
- an excerpt from greer gwiffin's podcast where abner guest starred
formatting is TBD since wikitext formatting would make the google doc less accessible.
