Hi! There's been a concept for Arturo floating around for a good while where they were originally a member of the Dark Seattle Garages and escaped from Dark Seattle before the event that made them the Dark Seattle Corporates. I wrote an IRM encapsulating that idea in the style of a "missing employee report" from Dark Seattle, you can check it out here!
