The wiki mods were alerted to the installation of the IRM without prior discussion to this page. At time of discovery, it was empty with default settings for the full page. The installation was performed by Beelijah, who can reinstall the IRM after 24 hours if there are no objections (though we recommend waiting to install the IRM until there are actually entries to fill it with).

I'm not Beelijah, but I would like to install the IRM and add the Garages' lore summary if there are no objections (after 24 hours? Plenty of time have passed for both topics, but I want to double check).
IRM installations are generally the purview of the current stewards of a player, as they are given priority on page presentation opinions. Additionally, we generally advise original authors add their own lore to a page; though it is not currently a formal requirement, we have run into situations where other contributors added lore that was malicious in impact because only the original author was informed about how it was being read.
All of which is to say, in more plainspoken language: please don't install the IRM, and please don't add the Garages' lore. I encourage you to instead reach out to Mechanics you know to have them weigh in on the IRM decision, and contact StarryNavigator to have them add the lore they proposed (or at least build a suitable on-wiki paper trail to allow you to add the lore).
