Discussion of Alt-Reality Jas has been ongoing since the Decree happened but the following ideas have solidified among the Dale discord channel:

Instead of a water-spirit/person made of water, Alt-Jas is a winter/ice person.
Their outfit has swapped from beachwear to cold-weather wear, and a little bit of winter surrounds them at all times (they are not uncomfortable in the Miami weather).
They have a love of winter holidays and their associated festivities.
