This a summary of a fictional crew member The Pedant, of the canon Blaseball character Blimp Hardison.
The Pedant (she/fae/xe)
The Pedant was formerly a recent college graduate with a degree in literature who hoped to become a book editor. She is an Afro-Indigenous feminine-aligned person hailing from the Lenape and Anishinaabe nations. In faer spare time, fae is a jingle dancer, a poet, and a dedicated LARPer, who focuses on the Elizabethan and Rococo Eras. The Pedant became involved with the Hardison ship after being invited to a ball thrown by King Roland; however, due there being no pilot, the ball had passed by the time they arrived in San Francisco. During the journey, The Pedant showed a natural ability to direct people, gain their respect, and coordinate plans. Xe became the first-mate to The Captain and a permanent fixture of the Hardison’s crew.
