A new version of the IRM will be rolling out soon, which requires specific markings & categorization for IRMs. One of those formats is the "vignette" format, which is intended for brief stories that fill a small gap in a player's lore. I believe this is the best description for Lightner's current IRM, though I would like to adjust the introduction to the following in order to accommodate the new format:
The Lightner Project has approximately identified some of the Stephens that make up Lightner across the dimensions. However, the instability of Lightner makes the below report highly unstable.
