One other category that is not listed in this page but are officially modifications are the active rules found in the league info tab (Currently embedded above the league standings, found by clicking on the "more info" button
Active Rules 1. Eat the Rich 2. Party Time (which oddly enough shares a name with the team mod but has a different description) 3. Wild Cards 4. Based Evolution 5. Free Wills 6. All You Can Eat 7. Community Chest.
All of these are listed as permeant modifications
