There's A LOT of modifications now, and I feel like it's starting to not make sense to just list them all as if they're all in effect all the time. Today I actually sat down and started categorizing them. General buffs can probably be split between which more likely came from items and which from e.g. Enrich Will, but I'm still not sure how to split them. There are some which I'm not entirely sure where they came from, which I put in the ??? section at the bottom. Please enlighten me if you do know about them!
