History: Prior to Blaseball, Dervin gained fame as a high-brow Poland-based food critic who occasionally toured the EU with bear show, *The Dervin Derby*. Bear family was in Breckenridge, however, and bear loved to snowboard, so to end bear career bear hosted a guest season of *Dumpsters, Drive-ins, and Dives*, ending the run in Breckenridge to retire with bear family. While in Breck, bear family introduced bear to Blaseball & the Jazz Hands, and bear fell in love with the splort.
