The Lift are working on lore for Vernon as an elderly handyman who has worked in the Legscraper for years. With this lore in mind, Vernon is mentioned in the new lore for Katy Hermoso: "Hermoso was delighted to meet longtime Legscraper handyman Vernon Cotterpin, and the two came to work closely together."
