History

Background

Sebastian is a being of pure light and shifting colors. Gazing upon them brings a sense of tranquility to the observer and Sebastian has jokingly been referred to as the team's therapist. They do not speak in the traditional sense but each individual interprets the soothing sounds that they mysteriously emit differently from one another.

Incineration

A rogue umpire incinerated the mortal shell of Sebastian's teammate Hendricks Rangel. The umpire was unaware that Rangel's human form was merely the host for a greater demon, whose unlimited power and rage was suppressed by the peaceful island Vibes of the Fridays. Knowing that the release of Rangel's energy would result in an explosion large enough to devastate the entire Sovereign Nation of Hawaii, Sebastian acted quickly, absorbing the force of the blast into their own limitless light form before dissipating peacefully, saving the lives of the remaining Fridays and Tacos players and the fans in attendance. Lacking a coherent physical form, Sebastian is no longer able to play blaseball, but they remain in Hawaii to this day, shining down on the Fridays and all their fans. Incineration is the only way out.
