Could do a SIBR/Items to explain the item prefix system

• https://www.blaseball.wiki/w/Items already hasd a big list of all the prefixes and what they effect. So what more detail can we add?
  • the system of pre-prefixes, pos=prefixes etc. and the number lmits on each
  • do we know anything about item generation???

things like https://docs.sibr.dev/docs/apis/reference/Blaseball-API.v1.yaml/components/schemas/FeedType which get updated fairly often
