Rhys Trombone is a Four-Star Hitter for the Hellmouth Sunbeams. They are currently the highest-rated player on the team, an achievement often attributed to their funky fresh hits and beats. Formerly an obscure jazz musician, they were acquired by the Sunbeams after they were sucked into the Hellmouth during the opening of the Forbidden Book. While unsuccessful in their former career, Trombone has become a somewhat-popular member of the Sunbeams due to their skill with their brass-instrument-turned-Blaseball-rod BRASS INVICTUS, SOUL OF FUNK.
