Philomena A. Minyon (she/her) is the general manager for the Dallas Steaks.
Until Combs Estes joined the Steaks in Season β4, Minyon was the only person employed by the Steaks who wore a suit, but fans have consistently said that Minyon's cool, confident demeanor gives this usually formal attire a rather casual air.
