Dr. Pecota is a former member of the Society for Internet Blaseball Research and current on-staff physician for the Hades Tigers. Pecota claims to have split ways with SIBR over their "lack of ambition" and "insufferable safety regulations." Pecota is always seen wearing a breathing apparatus due to lung damage sustained by inhaling aerosolized Blaseball during a laboratory accident.
Dr. Pecota has collaborated with her own interdimensional counterparts to create Project O.W.E.N.S. Pectoa has refused to answer questions as to what "O.W.E.N.S." is short for.
