The effect of Under Review is unknown as of the end of the Expansion Era.
History
Under Review first appeared in the Season 23 Election Tidings under the scoring play heading. All of the active teams in the ILB were placed Under Review an given the modification of the same name with a permanent duration.
At the end of Season 24 a message appeared from the Reader declaring the review underway, and noted that all of the under review teams would return.
