Now that Stephanie has seen active play, is it possible to have this page unlocked? Furthermore, is it possible to unlock all player pages now that Horizon weather gives a considerable chance for previously-inactive shadow players to see play? To reduce future strain on moderators and recordkeepers when it comes to maintaining locked pages.

Page is unlocked. I'm not sure how to unlock all the former Shadow players; @Pitapot or @Pokeylope might be able to do that with their bot wizardry, though.

Finally got around to scripting this; all pages for currently-active players should be unlocked now.
