Hi! I have an IRM proposal for Jon Halifax which I have linked here
A short summary of my idea:
Jon Halifax:
-Moved to Baltimore from Up North And A Little Bit West
-Pitches with a bazooka
-Wears knit arm warmers on his forearms
-Has a lot of suspicious habits
-Is absolutely, definitely not a hitman tasked with bringing upon the downfall of CRAB LLC who got here several years late.
