Topic on Talk:Lowe Forbes

As proposed in the Jazz Hands chat on maincord, we would like to make Lowe's IRM more general to create a home for the short bits about them that keep popping up on Discord, but keep the Infinirivalry. We'd like to do this by making the current IRM, which only has two entries, into the Lowe Log and moving the LoweNandy Infinirivalry to a <choose> tag, since it has short entries and is currently not heavily used.
