I really like that idea of off shoots from certain departments, while maybe instead some departments are independent while others follow the hierarchy, and some are some funky mix.
the ones you proposed are definitely vital, though maybe we could rename a few so they’re each more distinct. I’m not very good at naming things however so maybe someone else has some ideas
