I've had a few ideas for this guy, parimarily being an evil alternate version of Cory Twelve.
Current consensus from what I've heard is he's a flipper based battlebot with a space rover theme rather than being Twelve's actual mars rover frame. His flipper is known to eject his wedge at higher PSI than his motors and hydraulics would regularly be capable of without sustaining major damage.
