Miguel - is on fire and they still have decided the hat is the most interesting thing about themselves - he's traveled the world to find hats that don't catch on fire when he wears them. he's put so much blood and sweat and tears into finding these hats all across the country and they keep not fitting on his head because they catch on fire. he finds a single hat that is flameproof and he's in love and will NOT SHUT UP about how much he loves them and their brands and how you can find them at the Hat Emporium if you ever expect to be on fire in your near future - they're a self taught textile engineer. they can appreciate a really well-designed hat and /will/ talk your ear off about it while striking you out. they learned to sew in order to hand stitch the sunbeams logo onto his fireproof hats. the logos keeps catching fire - teaches a textile engineering class at Hellmouth community college. when he remembers - has a really nice hat collection and 10 followers on instlagram - Nerd would be the one team member who would excitedly discuss hat engineering with miquel - but most people think his hat is utterly boring. of course a fire person wears a hat and it doesn't burn that's just how hats work. they'll ask "aren't you just keeping your hat through sheer willpower and linking it into your identity" and Miguel's like "no!!!!!!!!
