Karato Bean

Karato Bean is a pitcher for the Hawaii Fridays. Bean has been a member of the team since Season 1.
Karato Bean is a five time national surf champion. They even had a video game deal in the works but decided to start playing Blaseball in memory of their late father who they had a tumultuous relationship with. They honestly would much rather be surfing right now.
Trivia
- When stepping onto the mound, the crowd simultaneously cheers "Surf's Up!" to get Karato energized and "Surf's Down!" to discourage Karato from leaving in the middle of the game to surf.
