Howell Franklin is a lineup player for the Houston Spies, and has been with the team since Season 1.

Howell Franklin is considered the "mysterious one" amongst the Houston Spies, but their blaseballing skills do all the talking that Howell doesn't. Many Spies fans affectionately refer to their stadium as "Howell's Moving Castle".
