| − | Mandy Sulaco arrived in [[Hellmouth]], Utah a few minutes after [[Joe Voorhees]] was transferred to the [[Hellmouth Sunbeams|Sunbeams]]. She spent most of her initial time following Voorhees and documenting his antics and shenanigans, most of which were attempts by the man to help people but failing miserably. Deciding that the rumors around Voorhees and his murderous tendencies were false, Sulaco approached him with an offer: she would be his PR Representative, promising that the public would start warming up to the two-masked man. He agreed, and for the following days until Voorhees’ disappearance she worked hard to ensure that his positive actions would be shown to the Blaseball community at large.

Sulaco accepted the offer, and is now the second corporeal person in the Anti-Tourism Offices and Memorial Sunglass Hut alongside Jan Pandora.
