Proposal to canonize McDowell as the team captain following the end of season 10.

The beginning of the Peace & Prosperity era has players a bit less stressed out and able to enjoy a fresh, albeit still chaotic 11th season. The Tacos have been through a lot, but it's time to galvanize the team and play some solid blaseball (as the Tacos performance justifies as of at least season 11 day 36).

In baseball "captain" is an informal role given to a veteran player who can both assist in coaching strategy and maintain morale. It could be a role he's earned from his hard work on the field and dedication to the Tacos organization.

This is an effort to give McD a little something to work with and maybe encourage some more art or a cool arc, as the post-Snackrifice Tacos perhaps need to be fleshed out a bit more to help fans to latch on to the players. The other players are already pretty cool, and perhaps team captain Mcdowell Mason can anchor the squad vibes. Bazluken (talk) 18:33, 22 October 2020 (UTC)

"Upon being duped into joining the Tacos by signing up for a community kickball league, Mason excelled at the new sport and was named team captain."
McD is already team captain. It's easy to miss, but it's on his page. Oswiniarty (talk) 19:25, 22 October 2020 (UTC)
