Irregularity Class: LOCAL [ERROR: classification not recognized]

Park Management Protocol: All occurrences of YS-079 should be met with disciplinary action. In the event that this occurs multiple times, affected Park employees and research staff should be shuffled around to minimize issues with workflow.

Irregularity Description: YS-097 is categorized as my coworker's complete inability to get their work done in a timely manner. Researchers are stuck waiting for upwards of an hour for feedback, or for the remainder of a multi-part project to be completed. This leads to unacceptable delays that hinder the proper allocation of credit and promotions to individuals in proximity of the affected YS-O97 sufferers.
