Whistler

Whistler is a city nestled high in the mountains of the Western Coast. Once a resort town in the old Canadian province of British Columbia, it attracted many refugees fleeing the catastrophic flooding of the 20██s. Nominally, it is still claimed by the government of Canada, though in practice the city acts as the sovereign leader of the disputed territories of the Rocky Mountain City-States in their movement for independence.
