Working on some updates for this page - primarily adding information on his reaction to the discovery of Parker MacMillan (Original), Season 24, and the Short Circuits.

If someone could unlock the page that would be much appreciated - I want to try and update III and IIII as well and then make some updates to the main Commissioner page, so if you're able to unlock those early that would also be rad.
