The pies have been working on expanding Yusef's lore since the siesta. The full lore summary can be found here. A brief summary of changes and reasoning will follow.
The reasoning behind this is that while we liked Yusef's lore, we mostly focused on them joining the pies and not on them. A lot has also happened to Yusef, so we attempt to reflect this. We also wanted to address concerns about Yusef, integrating what we've learned recently.
We've included a section on Yusef's personal life and their identities. We've chosen to explicitly label Yusef as Autistic due to many nuerodivergent flans relating to them. We've also expanded Yusef's Jewish faith to flesh it out beyond one singular line. We included Dolphinsoft to expand upon Yusef's own personal hobbies outside the splort.
We have two sections on events taking place on Season 12 Day 33, Season 14 Day 87, and Season 14 Day 104. The former involves Yusef setting then record of most runs scored in a game and their mom joining the team as a result. The latter two revolve around an event where most of the Pies lineup was swept away, and Yusef's involvement and reaction to that. We expanded these game events into lore in the chat, and wanted to include it in the wiki.
We've lastly included a section about Yusef's relationship with other players on the Pies, most notably Jaxon Buckley. We've also worked with the Lifts to create the 'Yusef Club' featuring Yusef Puddles and the Lift's Yusef Fenestrate.
We also want to remove a line of Yusef's page that we find in poor taste now: "Hacked their court appointed therapist's laptop to access her notes and replace the phrase 'troubling dolphin fixation' with 'mild and somewhat charming dolphin fixation.'" With Yusef's identity as Autistic player and their Dolphin love labeled a special interest, we don't want to have a therapist dismissing their special interest as toxic as a joke. It's not who we want to be as Flans.
