Updating up until time on the Fridays

We have some updates we wanted to make with Yosh's background and the situation regarding his feedback.

The history section needed edits based on the material and we added a feedback section to expand on his experience with the glitch that caused him to play for both teams. This was written with the intention that his time on the Fridays and his alternation could be expanded on further in the article.

Hey, so, comparing your new page to the original it seems like this is related to the Talk:Religion in Blaseball discussion which I believe the wiki admins are still discussing, so maybe it's better to table this till they've made their ruling on it?

Yosh Moving to the Fridays

Cotton suggested that Our Lady of Perpetual Friday could have had a hand in Yosh pitching on both sides so they could have a little more time before leaving the Lovers

Obelisk (talkcontribs)

Going along with the previous post, Ari and I suggested on Discord that Yosh was distracted mid-game by Our Lady, perhaps as follows:

Right before a pitch, one of Carpenter’s side-facing faces saw an image of Our Lady of Perpetual Friday reflected in the sunset on the ocean. Carpenter recognized her as a classmate from God Kindergarten (the kindergarten for gods they both attended) and is said to have exclaimed, mid-pitch, “Lady?? From kindergarten?!” This launched Carpenter into an internal conflict, with one side focused on the game at hand and another side wanting to stay, join the Fridays, and catch up with his old friend. Thus, Carpenter remained on the mound and pitched the remainder of the game as the pitcher for both teams before deciding to remain in Hawai’i with the Fridays.

(Potential GG-related addition, maybe goes on his page instead:

When it seemed Carpenter didn’t want to leave the mound after the teams switched sides that inning, Fridays pitcher Gabriel Griffith shrugged his wing-arms and said, “Seems like good vibes to me” as he walked over to join the Lovers gathered at the drink cart near third base.)

it's probably a good idea to be a little vauge on our 'is our lady a god' status if this gets fully written up but i love this <3<3<3

Yeah specifically Hawai'i is a real place with real people and real culture so we want to avoid Our Lady being seen as deific. can certainly have powers beyond the realm of mortals, but we don't want to overstep the line between fiction and reality. thats not vibes. "Patron" is a great replacement that doesnt overstep bounds

(Lovers Rep) I absolutely dig this idea about including the Lady in it. Part of me wants to see, even if it's impossible to translate to the wiki (maybe more a comic someone talented could draw) Yosh ripping off his uniform each time he switches teams like Superman revealing the S. Like, "Put me in coach, I'm ready!" when they try to get him to leave the mound the first time and he's got a Fridays uniform on underneath, then underneath that is a Lovers uniform, etc. (Like I mentioned in the team channel, very Daffy vs. Bugs, "Duck Season!", "Rabbit Season!" heck, maybe the Fridays side did the reverse psychology trick too and made Lovers Yosh say "Fridays Uniform!" or something and then ended up staying 'cuz he got tricked by himself.
