Paula Reddick is mentioned on the page of new Sunbeam Borg Ruiz!! Fulltext of Bo's page can be found here but the relevant section is as follows:

"On weekends, teammate Paula Reddick is occasionally seen at the group’s residence, hir truck loaded up with spare parts for Ruiz to rummage through."

Henlo! Looking at this page as Paula's character has become more solidified in Beams lore discussion we noticed the mentions of Alaynabella Hollywood as a classmate of Paula's during high school. This has created dissonance between the age and relations we now have in mind when talking about hir in our lore channels and the preexisting lines on hir page that mention hir having gone to high school with Hollywood. Instead of completely erasing this connection, we would like to suggest the idea of editing this part to have Paula described as being the Auto Shop teacher at the high school Hollywood attended in Moab, something that would be in line with Paula's established lore as a certified Truck Freak™ as well as make the age and relationships more commonly established with this player line up a bit better to Hollywood's often depicted age and relationships as well. That's all that would be touched in the edit! 🚚

To make it clear - I posted the actual update here, thus the seemingly royal 'we' in this post. It was me and it was discussed between us.

Beam Lorejam Wiki Update

Hello! Following the Sunbeams' lore jam for our recently Foreshadowed player Paula Reddick, we will be making the following initial additions to hir wiki page:

-Hmong ancestry, uses shi/hir pronouns -Grew up in the Hellmouth, signed up for the Sunbeams with the return of Blaseball but ended up on the shadows roster -Died when the Hellmouth opened, and hir past was devoured -Thanks to school-era friend Alaynabella Hollywood, remembered shi wrote music back in high school but didn't share it with anyone save Layna. Layna remembered Paula's lyrics and melodies, and Paula remembers in turn when Layna works them into songs she plays with the Garages. -Rescued from the Hellmouth by Velasquez Meadows, settled in at the Moabbey and has become a mentor/parental figure to younger folk and newcomers who have ended up in the Sunbeams' shadows. -A ghost! Often waltzes around as a sheet ghost, but can possess various objects. Particularly fond of possessing trucks, which shi uses to travel. -Rumoured to be some kind of mechanical wizard, much to hir irritation. It's not magic, shi's just been doing this for ages. -No-nonsense, the kind of mentor who will take one look at you and decide if shi's going to teach you how to do the thing or just get on and do it hirself.
