Hi Flowers! How would you all feel about removing the reference to real-life baseball player Daniel Nava? Firstly it seems like it falls in a not-great grey area regarding wiki policy, and secondly I always personally feel a little weird about "this blaseball player has a connection to a real world person," especially considering that lore seems to crop up a lot with people of color. I'm not sure how central that is to lore (I feel like I've never heard anyone mention it) so I'd like to delete that paragraph.

Excellent idea, I didn't even know it was still there, I think that was like, the earliest Margo lore? You know, on par with all the odd early flowers lore no one uses or remembers anymore

That’s what I figured! I’ll still wait out the 24 hours on the off chance that somebody wants to discuss or keep it, but it’s good to know that isn’t load-bearing lore.

Margo is mentioned prominently in the new IRM proposal for Jorge Ito. The two of them met when Jorge (a food critic) gave Margaritoville a nasty review, and quickly became close friends. Margo is the one that invited Jorge onto the Flowers, and was heartbroken by his incineration.

Margo is mentioned in the new IRM proposal for Zeboriah Whiskey. Riah is a bartender at Margaritoville, so Margo knows her well and is the one who invited her to join the Flowers. The two have a friendly relationship.

Margo is mentioned twice in the new IRM for Gloria Bugsnax. (Or, well, Margo is once and Margaritoville is once.

1: "Xe occasionally takes promotional photos of businesses run by other blaseball players, such as Eizabeth Guerra’s bakery and Margaritoville. In lieu of payment, xe asks for food."

2: "Bugsnax is close with Margarito Nava, and occasionally helps with the onboarding and training of new recruits."

Margo is mentioned in the new IRM proposal for Backpatch Rolsenthal. The specific line is:

Vi also works as an occasional assistant for team captain Margarito Nava. Rolsenthal is quoted as saying, “I enjoy working with Margo because I never know what xe’s going to ask me to do. Streamlining some of the captainly duties? Literally weeding the garden? Helping run practice, something I am in no way qualified to do? It’s great every time.”

I know im new to the wiki but I came here to find out more about why his arm is a plant and was surprised to see no one had written anything about it, I was just wondering if I am allowed to try and come up with fun lore behind his arm and why its like what is is.

Hi! I think the general idea was that the plant arm was a grass blood modification (that detail never made it to the wiki and not everyone even subscribes to Margo having a plant arm at all) but imo if you have ideas, go for it! Just before you add anything major make sure to post it on the talk page and wait 24 hours

Flower Power:

Being the competitive person Nava is , xe was disappointed to find out xe would be shadowed for Season 17. During this time in the shadows, Nava’s right arm which had been exposed to a grass blood modification started to behave oddly and as described my Nava felt “weird and off.”

When Nava was brought back from the shadows to play in Season 18, the odd feeling he described did not stop for the entirety of the regular season. But when the post-season came and it was revealed the flowers would be a part of it, A single flower grew from Nava’s right arm and Nava told reporters that the weird feeling on his arm left when that flower grew.

It is believed that Nava’s arm began to act strangely because of their time in the shadows. It is also believed that a new flower will grow every time Nava gets to the postseason based on the trend of when the flower appeared on their arm.
