Crosspost from Goodwin IRM

Lenny (specifically the Eleanor IRM) is mentioned in an IRM proposal for Goodwin. The specific by-name mentions are:

Immediately, a wrench was thrown into her plans: a teenaged Eleanor “Lenny” Marijuana. Cast adrift by the shadows, Marijuana needed a place to stay, and Morin had an extra bedroom. Morin, was hesitant, having long since decided that she had no interest in parenting or caretaking, but allowed Marijuana to move in anyways. The rebellious Marijuana helped Morin cut loose, and Morin became something like an aunt to Marijuana and taught her about responsibility; the two lived together until Marijuana left the shadows.

and

Goodwin Morin achieved Legendary status on Season 18, Day 99. She left behind most of her worldly possessions, most of which were left to Marijuana, Semiquaver, and Milicic. The only things none of them could find were her favorite pen and notebook.

Also, since I'm here, I'd like to add the following line (or something similar) to the Eleanor IRM in the "Life in the Shadows" section:

She moved in with shadow teammate Goodwin Morin, who wasn't expecting to adopt a teenager, but did her best to make Marijuana feel supported.

Update to IRM 42.959 (Eleanor)

Hello! I've written an update to the sister!Lenny IRM that includes a little more detail about the Grand Siesta, and some stuff about the Expansion Era, Tigers, and Queens. You can view the whole writeup here, but some quick hits:

  • Lenny spent the Grand Siesta baking a lot, and going on a road trip with Sparks Beans.
  • During her time on the Tigers she organized a lot of team events and parties and generally helped get their spirits up.
  • After she was re-shadowed she became involved with the Seattle volunteer scene and did a lot of recruiting/coordination for volunteer orgs and nonprofits.
  • She joined the Queens willingly to help the new team out.
  • After the Hall was opened, she left individually and went into the BH(BH) to try and find Mike.
  • I also streamlined the earlier/Discipline era sections a little, bumped all the headings down to level 3 instead of level 2 so they're all under the big IRM heading, and added a bit of trivia just for fun.

This wiki page already mentioned Dominic Marijuana, Randall Marijuana, and Mike Townsend. The additions mention Sparks Beans, Alaynabella Hollywood, Dunlap Figueroa, Chorby Soul, and Jazzmeralda Cevapcici. (edit: spelled Jazzmeralda wrong, fixed it now!)

IRM Format: Filebox

Lenny's IRM has not yet been updated to the new IRM format system. I'm planning to use the filebox format, as none of the others seem to fit.

IRM Entry: Twitter Lenny

We'd like to add an entry based on the Twitter RP interpretation of Lenny. Beats include being the brother's father, the shadow broker, befriending Mike Townsend, dating Philly Pie's pitcher Elvis Figueroa, and doing his best given the circumstances.

I've written up an IRM entry about Lenny as Eleanor, Dominic/Randall's younger sister. It covers her going into the shadows, time in the shadows, and everything after her coming out. I've never posted to the wiki before so I'm not 100% sure on the process, but I have the full entry ready to be reviewed as needed!

There are a few fun takes on Lenny floating around, so I think now is a good time to give Lenny an IRM to display those. We are thinking of setting it up where his current community built entry will remain as is, and the IRM will appear beneath that.

Sister Lenny!

I'd like to get an IRM for Lenny as a construct made by the Big Garage set up, if we're implementing an IRM.

Proposed new character lore section: Lenny Loops The Sun 2

(Im)perfect Pitch (talkcontribs)

Marijuana pitched the opening game of the Season 11 Internet Series between the Seattle Garages and the Hellmouth Sunbeams, playing what was arguably the best game of his entire career. Faced with a Sunbeams batting lineup blessed by both Fourth Strike and Walk In the Park, the single star pitcher nevertheless threw 6 strike outs and by technicality pitched a 6-0 Shutout after the Sunbeams’ 10 runs were converted into a win in the Bottom of the 10th inning.

In a rambling address to the press after the game, Marijuana confided: “I’m so proud of my boys, you know? I guess everyone is after the whole thing with that Shelled One character. Nothing like that happened in Blaseball when I was a younger man, let me tell you. Oh, the game? Sure man, what do you want me to say? I could sit here and tell you I pitched this one for Seattle, or for an old man’s vanity… but truth is the whole time I was up on the mound I was thinking about Dominic and Randal. After everything they’ve done for common folks like you and me… I wanted them to finally have a reason to be proud of their old man.”
