This was a discussion started on the old wiki...right as the new wiki was unveiled.
Originally, IF-33.801 was linked *to* IF-19.581 as a google doc, but when the IRM became a thing, the two were split up. Both IFs are referring to the same version of Halex, and in fact IF-33.801 is rather confusing by itself.
I'd like to suggest linking IF-33.801 to IF 19.581 in the sentence "Halex described her recruitment process in an interview given during post-season party time", as it was originally. Halex's IRM could also be removed, if desired.
