Fix IRM, add filebox format

Doing this one as well!

New Cravel IRM - Cravel is a pile of pebbles with a shirt / cap places on top who improbably does well at Blaseball. (Yes, this is perhaps towing the line a little close to Elftower back in the day, but I do think the concept of inanimate object players is inherently funny)

"Cravel Gesundheit is a pile of Fluvial Conglomerate pebbles (from the Harebell / Landslide Creek Formation, dated to 70-100 million years ago) which was excavated by the Core Mechanics following the Decension when they were excavating new tunnels to be able to prepare for their first season of regular play in the ILB. During this process, the Core Mechanics realized that they were a player short of the required amount to play, and subsequently gave ro a jersey, cap, and glove to be able to qualify.

Cravel was little regarded during their initial stint on the Core Mechanics, relegated to the shadows, but following their shift to the rotation and then subsequent exchange to the Yellowstone Magic it was realized that Cravel is remarkably good at pitching for an inanimate pile of rocks. To ro colleagues and fans surprise, this is despite of no one ever directly observing rox pitch, either in person or via recording.

The rest of the team has largely taken this well, understanding that different persons have different levels of comfort with how much they may socially interact. They are more than supportive of rox, and are giving ro as much time as ro needs before becoming more involved with the team at large."

As always, would love feedback - keeping it pretty short in general though as we've really only a season or so of relatively average pitching performance in game to make our observations out of.

I really like how this works in the "hard to photograph" angle from the other IRM, and how you've framed it!!!

Seeing no other comments (either here or in discord spaces), I'll share this IRM into the Rumour Mill

Cravel Gesundheit is a crystalline entity that is fascinated with geology. She reassembles roxself based on rok mood and overall functionality into many shapes. Fans have reported seeing her as a snake, an obelisk, an inscrutable unknowable form and sometimes just a pile of crystals!

Coming from the core was a bumpy ride- ro emerged into Yellowstone National Ballpark via a volcanic eruption (an earth sneeze, if you will). During that fateful game the force from the feedback was so strong and the Core had so many winding tunnels that her form was split in two. Fans reported seeing her pitch on both the Core and Magic in the same game, but Coach Merlinmeyer insists that that's "complete rubbish" and "making a mockery of the game."

Cravel is fascinated by the geology of Yellowstone (particularly the gift shop rocks and the arcane powers of crystals in the park) and is currently on the look out for interesting pieces to add to her assembly. She also seeks to find powerful crystals to aid the team; most notably ro has communicated to reporters that she is looking for "the Yellow Stone."

Ro is also notoriously difficult to photograph, and few photos of her exist. Park rangers have yet to concur if this is due to arcane fluxes within the park, or if she is just really, really camera shy.
