would Bob Minecraft Inventory Cagayan be something that can be put on the wiki, or is minecraft too IP to be legal? what about Bob Mlinecraft Inventory Cagayan if that improves the situation at all
I think too IP, and also Bob's middle name does canonically start with E, whatever it is. If you can think of a clever way to both fuzz over the Minecraft name and make it start with an E, be my guest!
The joke is that when you press E in minecraft, it opens your inventory. however, i'm not sure how to fix the various problems with this idea so if i have any ideas i'll get back to you on this!
Oh! Got it! Bob Block Game Inventory Cagayan, or Bob Cube Game Inventory Cagayan, whichever sounds better, and then have the description of the IRM say something like "when bob tried to enter his middle name into ILB documentation he accidentally opened his inventory instead". (or maybe "...documentation, pressing E opened his inventory instead") This doesn't quite make it start with E but does explain how it is E-related, and also removes the direct IP reference.
Updated to new IRM format
As IRM has changed slightly to include specific format (see https://www.blaseball.wiki/w/Help:Interdimensional_Rumor_Mill_Guide#IRM_Formats), Bob and all of their accompanying IRM needs to be changed. After some discussion of this in the SIBR discords #society-sibrpunks channel (available here for reference), the most clear version of this would be to adopt their mostly middle name IRM structure as "vignette" structures. Posting here as required for followup comments and/or thoughts on this in a more publicly visible manner.
I'd like to note that while all the current IRM follows the "middle name" template, thus fitting 'vignette' (possibly under a title of 'middle names'), I'm not personally attached to it - if someone wanted to make a wildly different form of Bob lore, I'd be happy to accept it. If that's a thing anyone is interested in making, I'm happy to make 'filebox' IRM a thing instead.
But if everyone who's interested in adding to Bob's lore (including you, gentle reader) are comfortable sticking to the structure of middle names, then yes, 'vignette' is the best option here.

Just a formalized explanation of it, but Bob's character is not intended to be hugely explored in general. Their IRM entries largely consist of just a middle name which explains what the E. stands for, and how it originated, whether this is a middle name, nick name, assumed name, alias, or other possible entry.
Bob's name is also in itself a reference to the Jon Bois's Chart Party Video, "The Bob Emergency" (Pt.1 available here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lvh6NLqKRfs) as the league itself lacked any significant number of Bobs at the time of the creation of the SDW.
For those contributing (after discussing the new Bob interpretation with SIBR to ensure appropriateness), the general Bob IRM style is as follows:
